Voyage Green Power GmbH, headquartered in Mainz, Germany, is the European arm of VG SOLAR (Shanghai). We bring VG SOLAR’s decade-plus experience and full range of solar mounting solutions — including tracking systems, fixed mounting solutions, BIPV options and cleaning robotics — to customers in Germany and neighboring markets.

As the local subsidiary, Voyage Green Power provides on-the-ground technical support, local logistics and compliance services, and close project coordination with VG SOLAR’s R&D and manufacturing teams in China. This local presence enables faster response times for installation support, spare parts, and warranty service while maintaining the product and quality standards of the VG SOLAR group.

Partnering with VG SOLAR means access to proven solutions (15 GW global installed capacity and deployments in 50+ countries) and a global supply chain backed by production and engineering resources. We focus on delivering reliable, engineered solar mounting systems optimized for European site conditions and regulations.

Established in 2013 and is head quartered in SongJiang district, Shanghai. VG Solar is a company which integrates the R&D, manufacturing, and sales of the PV bracket systems, committed to providing professional, standardized, and intelligent PV bracket system solutions for public utilities, commercial, industrial, and residential projects.

Intelligent PV Ecosystem – Comprehensively expanding the product matrix, leading industry upgrading.

  • The listing advisory institution enters, forming a new dual-wheel drive system of products and capital.
  • Establish VG Solar Intelligence, combining industry, investment, and research to create an intelligent PV ecosystem for VG Solar.
  • Obtained the PRE-A round of financing from AP System, industry coordination empowers sustained enterprise growth.
  • Launched the first generation of PV cleaning robots under its brand, laying out the PV aftermarket.
  • Drafted the industry standard “General Technical Requirements for Brackets of Solar PV Systems for Building Use”.

2022 ~ 2018

Hard Technology Strategy – Creating a high-precision Chinese PV brand

Adhering to the development policy of technology-oriented, production service enterprises, continuously increasing R&D investment, implementing refined management, enhancing overall business solution capabilities, collaborating with outstanding domestic and foreign enterprises in joint research and development, continuously strengthening its own comprehensive strength, and creating a new smart manufacturing card for Chinese solar mounting brackets.

  • Launched the self-developed new generation of PV tracking bracket systems, the tracking project at Wenzhou Longwan International Airport is on-grid and generating electricity.
  • Awarded the titles of Professional Excellence and Innovation Enterprise in Shanghai , and also High-tech Enterprise.
  • Became the TOP1 bracket supplier for domestic household projects.
  • Annual orders exceeded 500 million yuan.
  • Completed three system solutions for PV tracking system, and the technology route of gear wheel + RV reducer was successfully implemented.

  • Voyage International Co., Ltd. was established.
  • Ground solar mounting bracket have been certified by ISO, AS/NZS, JIS, MCS, ASTM testing institutions.
  • The all-aluminum ground solar mounting bracket series continue to be exported to Japan, Vietnam, Australia, and other countries, and have passed the extreme snow and ice climate test in Hokkaido, gaining recognition and long-term orders from local customers.
